At HOLDMOND we strive to provide you with exceptional services, and to ensure a smooth experience for our clients. We have established the following booking policies: 1. Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 2. Late Start Times: We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we recommend being ready to start the service on time once we arrive to make the most of your scheduled service. 3. Deposit: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all booked appointments. These policies help us maintain a well organized schedule and offer the best service to all of our clients. Appointment Prep- Preparing for your makeup appointment: Makeup: For your makeup appointment, have a clean and moisturized face. Please have your reference images ready for your desired look. Lastly, please wear clothing that can be easily removed without disturbing your makeup, or a piece of clothing with a similar neck line to your intended event outfit.
