We would love to ship internationally, but at this time we have shipping constraints. So stay tuned we hope to ship all over the world in the near future!
For order shipped within Canada and the U.S. most orders are processed within 1-2 days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders with Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 3:00 PM EST except major holidays). Overnight Service and 2nd Day shipping orders, placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Holdmond.com accepts orders being shipped to U.S. and Canada destinations only. We're sorry, at this time we are unable to accept orders being shipped to international destinations.
Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

We offer our Customers a safe and secure ordering option through PayPal. You can order your Holdmond products quickly and hassle-free. You do not have to register a Paypal account you can process your order as a PayPal Guest or with your PayPal user Account.
Accepted Payment Methods
We are committed to offering our Customers with excellent products. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. We do accept returns, refunds and exchanges for all products, except sale items. To request a return, exchange or refund please contact the Holdmond Customer Service Team at . Please allow 24 hours for response. Upon correspondence you will be given additional information and details regarding your return, refund or exchange.
You can request a refund up to 30 days after you pay for your item(s).
When returning any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned.
Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. For your security, we recommend you insure your returns.
Note: If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your payment is refunded to your debit card or credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
If you paid with your bank account or PayPal balance, your payment is refunded to your PayPal account.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at
The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
Please note that wholesale orders are exempt from our standard return policy. All wholesale orders are final, returns will only be accepted on defective items per our warranty policy.
